I really try and find EVERY possible issue and improvement during my audits but at the end of the day, it's up to YOU to implement my findings. I think sometimes business owners get overwhelmed but remember it's a long game- some changes will be quick and easy to make while others will take time and resources.
Also, while your website is at the core of an e-commerce business, it's important to flag all the other moving parts (email marketing, branding, paid ads, SEO, social media content AND MORE) that contribute to your business' success. I'll always always do my best, but it's not possible for me to fix every single problem or frustration you're having in your business.
