Shipping policy
All orders are shipped with care from our HQ in Brisbane, Australia.
We are a small business and currently ship orders on Tuesdays. If you require something urgently please reach out via email.
If you order pre-order items as well as in stock items in the same order, your order will ship when all product is available.
Australian Orders
Australian Delivery Charges
- Free standard delivery Australia-wide on orders over $200
- For orders $200 or less we charge a flat rate of $10 for postage and handling.
- Express delivery - $15.00 Australia-wide
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, we estimate that parcels will arrive in*
- Standard Parcels: 2-6 business days for metro areas, 5-8 days for most regional areas
- Express Parcels: 2 business days for metro areas, 2-3 days for most regional areas

International Delivery Charges
For all international orders we charge a flat rate of $30 AUD for postage and handling.
Delivery Times
Once despatched, your order will usually arrive withing 5-14 business days (but this can vary widely depending on location!)*
This timeframe excludes any time a parcel may spend in customs.
Duties & Taxes
Unfortunately we cannot control any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
*Please be aware that dispatch and shipping times can be longer over seasonally busy periods (such as Christmas) and delivery times can not be guaranteed.
